Vintage AV equipment includes VCRs, amplifiers, receivers, CD players, tape decks and similar audio visual hardware.

If an item is not as described, contact us within the money back period for that product type and we will arrange a refund or exchange.

Include clear photos of the issue
For serviced items, include the Service ID from the internal label if you can
Return the item in the same condition you received it, with all included accessories

Refunds are processed within 3 business days after the item is inspected.

Why CRTs are 14 days rather than 30

CRT televisions are large, heavy and fragile, and every additional day in transit or in a garage increases the risk of damage that has nothing to do with the condition of the set when it left us. A 14 day window is long enough to properly test a television in your own setup, and short enough to keep the assessment fair for both of us. Set the unit up and test it as soon as you get it home.

Consoles and accessories: 1 year warranty

Genuine consoles and genuine first party accessories carry a one year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
